My Approach
Getting divorced, deciding to get divorced, and post-divorce — each part is like scaling a mountain in harsh terrain without a map — you need directions, proper gear, and emotional support. I am here to guide you.
Despite being exceptionally capable under normal circumstances, even the most unflappable person can be thrown off by divorce. The process is not efficient, and many aspects are out of your control: whether it’s being triggered by your spouse or frustration with the court system.
Having the right impartial person to help evaluate decisions is essential. Logistical tasks such as completing financial documents, writing, and replying to divorce-related emails, or finding resources can be emotionally charged, and therefore mentally taxing. With my assistance these loaded efforts can be efficiently completed with the least psychological
toll. Fears are addressed head on, action plans developed, and all with total confidentiality. Many turn to their lawyers for these types of support, but this is not their expertise and is financially burdensome.
Throughout my divorce, targeted assistance with communications and logistics allowed me to be more present in my life for my kids, community, and work. I ended my divorce strengthened and eager for what was next.

My Background
15 years ago, I realized my marriage was unraveling. 10 years ago, it dissolved and it wasn’t pretty. Nothing prepared me for what was to come. In the middle of all of it, my parents died within 14 months of one another.
I want to share what I learned so getting divorced can be easier for others.
I've cultivated the essential skills needed to help navigate the divorce process. My years as an investment banker instilled in me a comfort with balance sheets and numbers. My entrepreneurship equipped me
with the ability to wear many hats, perceive all facets of a situation and devise effective solutions. In essence, I am equally comfortable in a therapist's office as I am with a spreadsheet enabling me to deliver a versatile blend of emotional intelligence and analytical prowess. Other life experiences enabled me to amplify my intuition and empathy, including a daily meditation practice and spiritual work.
Gratefully, I emerged stronger, healthier, and more emotionally balanced than ever before. Together we will navigate your divorce with better results and more ease than you could have imagined. At the end of the day, you too will be living your best life.
